Orders How do I track my order?

Use the Track Order page. Guests can lookup with order number and email, while signed-in users can also track from order history.

Orders Why is my order still pending?

Orders may remain pending while payment and risk checks are reviewed. Once confirmed, the status moves through processing, shipped, and delivered stages.

Payments Which payment methods are available at checkout?

Available checkout methods are controlled by site configuration. Current enabled methods: MTN Mobile Money, Cash on Delivery.

Payments Do I need a transaction ID for mobile money?

For mobile-money flows, provide the TxId or upload payment proof. If the order is pending mobile money, you can upload proof from order details.

Refunds When can I cancel an order?

Customer cancellation is currently allowed when the order is in pending or processing status. Delivered or finalized orders cannot be cancelled from the customer side.

Refunds What happens to cashback and rewards after a refund?

If an order is cancelled or refunded, related cashback can be reversed and configured commission/reward entries may be cancelled based on policy settings.

Wallet How does cashback work?

Eligible paid orders can award cashback. You can redeem available cashback during checkout. Cashback can expire and may be reversed if the order is refunded/cancelled.

Wallet Why can’t I withdraw from wallet yet?

Withdrawals require sufficient available balance and may require KYC completion. Requests are submitted and reviewed before completion.

Business How are business commissions calculated?

Commissions depend on paid eligible activity, configured rates and payout thresholds. Some entries may be paid immediately or remain pending.

Payments Why did my promo code stop working?

Promo codes can fail due to expiry, minimum order conditions, usage limits, or deactivation. Checkout recalculates and validates each code at submission time.

Orders Can guests access invoices?

Yes. Guests can access invoice pages through a verified tracking token flow. Access is privacy-protected and may expire after a limited window.

Use the subscription form on Contact page or opt in at checkout. If you opt in at checkout, your contact email is subscribed for updates.
