Use the Track Order page. Guests can lookup with order number and email, while signed-in users can also track from order history.
Orders may remain pending while payment and risk checks are reviewed. Once confirmed, the status moves through processing, shipped, and delivered stages.
Available checkout methods are controlled by site configuration. Current enabled methods: MTN Mobile Money, Cash on Delivery.
For mobile-money flows, provide the TxId or upload payment proof. If the order is pending mobile money, you can upload proof from order details.
Customer cancellation is currently allowed when the order is in pending or processing status. Delivered or finalized orders cannot be cancelled from the customer side.
If an order is cancelled or refunded, related cashback can be reversed and configured commission/reward entries may be cancelled based on policy settings.
Eligible paid orders can award cashback. You can redeem available cashback during checkout. Cashback can expire and may be reversed if the order is refunded/cancelled.
