Terms of Service

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, business users, and guests using Veltix. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

• You must provide accurate and current information when registering and checking out.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account credentials.
• We may suspend or restrict accounts involved in fraud, abuse, security risks, or violations of these Terms.
• You may request account deactivation; some records may be retained for legal, audit, and financial compliance.

• Veltix supports customer and business account types.
• Business account enrollment may require a valid business sponsor account.
• Referral, rank, and network metrics are tracked by platform rules and may change as configurations are updated.
• Earnings are not guaranteed; outcomes depend on verified sales, eligibility rules, and policy compliance.

• Order totals may include item prices, shipping, tax, and any applicable discounts.
• Tax and currency display may depend on selected or detected country settings.
• Promo codes and special offers are subject to validation rules (date windows, usage limits, and minimum order conditions).
• Offers, bundle discounts, mission-kit discounts, and package benefits can be changed or removed at any time before order confirmation.

• Available payment methods are controlled by platform configuration and may vary over time.
• For mobile-money flows, you may be required to provide a transaction ID and/or payment proof image.
• Orders can remain in pending review status until payment and risk checks are completed.
• We may reject, cancel, or hold orders that cannot be verified or appear fraudulent.

• Shipping or pickup options shown at checkout are the options currently available to your order.
• Estimated delivery times are targets, not guarantees.
• You are responsible for providing correct delivery and contact details.

• Customer self-cancellation is available only while an order is in eligible statuses (for example, pending or processing).
• Approved cancellations/refunds may update order status to CANCELLED or REFUNDED.
• When an order is cancelled/refunded, related rewards may be reversed, including cashback and selected commission types.
• Refund approval timing and settlement method depend on payment channel, risk checks, and operational policy.

• Cashback is awarded only on eligible paid orders and can have an expiry date.
• Cashback redeemed at checkout reduces payable totals and may be reversed if the order is cancelled or refunded.
• Wallet deposits and withdrawals can be queued for manual review before completion.
• Withdrawals may require KYC completion and sufficient available balance.

• Commissions and bonuses are calculated from paid eligible activity and configured payout logic.
• Minimum payout thresholds, pending behavior, and eligibility filters may apply per commission type.
• Commission amounts may be capped by budget controls and pool availability.
• Some rewards (for example, lifestyle points) may be non-cash and not wallet-withdrawable.

You may not use Veltix to commit fraud, manipulate promotions, impersonate others, upload malicious content, abuse payment flows, or interfere with platform security and operations.

All platform content, branding, software components, and design assets remain the property of Veltix or its licensors unless expressly stated otherwise.

We may modify features, pricing logic, limits, payment options, commission rules, and these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veltix is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the platform, delayed services, third-party outages, or unauthorized access.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the operating entity is registered, subject to mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply to you.
